Pensiunea Mai is a small family-run hotel situated 15km outside of Sibiu, on the way to Păltiniş, which is the highest-altitude resort in the country (1,484 metres). 

The hotel, rated 5 ‘daisies’, is placed in the middle of beautiful surroundings, at the foot of the Cindrel Mountains, in the Ştezii Valley.

The Accomodation Structure :

We have 64 beds available in elegant rooms (31 single and double, 1 suite), with double beds, bathroom (hairdryer available), balcony, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, wireless internet access, secure parking.

• In the interest of our customers’ health, we recommend you only smoke in specially designated areas.
• Pets are not allowed.

The rooms are spacious (16-21 sqm), and are oriented towards the woods or swimming, have bathrooms with hairdryer, minibar, cable TV, central heating, balcony.

A stay at Pensiunea Mai, especially during the summer months, can be pleasantly complemented by bathing in the sun and the outdoor pool.

The pool is open to the public and therefore the accommodation price does not include the pool entry fee.

The outdoor pool is heated and opens from 1st May. We also have a fishery where anyone can fish and eat their own ‘catch’ if they want. .

OTHER ACTIVITIES
Here you can also go paragliding, cycling, on horse-drawn cart rides (or sleigh rides in the winter), paintballing, and various other sports.

Restaurant/Cuisine:

Pensiunea Mai has 2 restaurants with 70 and 100 seats respectively. These offer a rich variety of dishes from Romanian and international cuisine. 
There is also a 70-seat covered terrace and a 70-seat terrace by the pool. 

Also available is an outdoor terrace seating 40.
