Art Museum - founded in 1961, Art Museum of Constanta is today a heritage of over 7300 works of modern and contemporary Romanian art - painting, sculpture, graphics, and decorative art (ceramics, porcelain, tapestry, furniture) made in the collection Pinacoteca coming from City Hall and through acquisitions, as a result of a coerent politicy and value judgments of some farms.

Aquarium - opened in 1958, public aquarium exhibits in Constanta over 2000 representatives of 60 species living in marine and fresh waters and exotic species. The most important is the collection of sturgeon, one of the largest in the world and which is accommodated in the central basin that exceeds 50 tonnes.

Museum Complex of Natural Sciences - in the Museum Complex of Natural Sciences Constanta, since 1982, entered tourist exhibition "exotic birds and scenery located near the Mini Zoo's."
On a covered surface of 100 sqm, with appropriate division for food, nesting, flying and rest one can admire representatives of different species of birds in Asia, Africa, Australia and New Guinea.
Appeared several hundred years ago, the ancestors called "reptilieni" have continuously evolved, spreading all over the world, which led to a greater diversification of forms of adaptation.
The exotic décor of birds  represent those representatives of bird brought from other continents in Europe, multiplied, raised and cared for in captivity for body shape, color and beauty of songs
