To start a business in Romania should:

• Open an account in a Romanian bank: To open an account is absolutely necessary the presence of the beneficiary;
• For the capital account you need the following documentation:

1. Draft Contract of the Society (to be prepared by a local layer), which contains details on the company

2. A document signed by the associates of the future company, its shareholders with which a person of that firm is designated as representative of the company (administrator).

When the capital account is opened and the company is registered with the Registry of Commerce (which takes on average 2 weeks), the current account is available for necessary business operations.

The necessary documentation for current account:

• Authorization for the establishment of firm and Certificate of Registration issued by Trade Register
• If the company is undertaking securities investment funds, banking, insurance, leasing, transport, foreign exchange, gambling company, you need authorization to operate.
• Certified copies of identification documents (passport, bulletin) and all documents signed by the bank.
• Authorization Form for opening a bank account and specimen of signature in the bank.
