Description:
What began in March 2007 with the symbolic position of Sydney, soon turned into an unprecedented event in human history, a sign for the global warming.
An initiative started several years ago, Earth Hour symbolize the 60 minutes that humanity cares for the Earth. And it looks, turn out the light and sit in the dark. Removed away from Australia, Earth Hour movement is a protest against pollution and development that ignores the nature and mood of the Earth.
For the 3rd time, Romania will participate this year, in the Earth Hour campaign: Saturday, March 27, starting at 8.30PM, we are invited to give a planet a moment of time, turning off lights and electrical appliances and reducing, such energy consumption and pollution.
It is time that, regardless of activity, companies and organizations in Romania are invited to show a little evidence of social responsibility.
On March 27, 2010, between 8.30PM - 9.30PM, turn out the light!
One billion people will do the same!
