Romanian Low-Cost Tourism Program "One Week By The Sea" To Start Sep 1

The Federation of Owners in Romanian Tourism will launch, between September 1 and 30, the 15th edition of the program "One week by the sea", offering a choice between 62 one to four-star hotels, with prices between 159 lei (EUR1=RON4.2116) and RON400 for six nights.

"Since the lodging spots included in this program are in great demand and they address all categories of Romanian tourists, sales will use the principle «first come, first served».

So far, the program includes 62 hotels of all categories on the seaside, offering 8,890 spots per series, namely 35,560 tourists will be able to visit the seaside at low costs throughout September," said a press release issued by the owners.

The vacations are available at 88 tourism agencies.

The fees for a six-night pack (the minimum variant accepted in the program) start at RON159 for a one-star hotel and no breakfast, and reach RON399 for a four-star hotel and breakfast included. For two-star hotels, the prices are RON189 without breakfast and RON249 with breakfast included. The fees reach RON219/RON339 for tourists choosing a three-star hotel. (Source: Mediafax)
