Customers who still want a house search for small lots, about 250-300 square meters, equipped with utilities - preferably electricity and gas  and sanitation. Owners are willing to negotiate quite a lot, especially when it comes to cash transactions.

"In direct negotiations between owners and customers, prices fall with 20%" said a real estate consulting company. Prices depend very much on the proximity of paved roads. In the big cities,  neighborhoods are important, but also the  proximity to shopping areas.
