Friday, 13 August:

9.00 - 11.00 - Rehearsal activities held at the Flotilla Command and seafarer Cross monument
21.00 - 22.30 - Presentation of Navy training videos and commercials for activities organized by the Romanian Navy Fleet Commander;

Saturday, August 14:

10.10 - 10.20 - Welcoming the guest of honor
10.20 - 10.30 - Flag hoisting ceremony
10.30 - 10.40 - Reading the messages sent by the heads of military force categories
10.40 - 11.00 - Interventions officials
11.00 - 11.15 - Granting of diplomas and medals
11.15 - 11.20 - Honor guard and military music will hold on the seafront opposite the monument "Sailors Cross.
11.20 - 11.25 - Meeting officials, review the honor guard
11.25 - 11.40 - Religious ceremony
11.40 - 12.30 - Filing crown

20.00 - 22.00 - Performance presented by the "Doina" Military Music Ensemble (Ovidiu Square and Monument Mihai Eminescu on Fleet Command cliff)
21.00 - 22.30 - Presentation of Navy training films and commercials for activities organized by the Romanian Navy Fleet Commander

10.05 - 10.10 - Word of Chief of Navy. Official Opening Day festivities occasioned by the Romanian Navy

10.10 - 10.15 - Reading Common Order of the Minister of National Defence, the Minister of Transport and Minister of Administration and Interior
10.15 - 10.20 - Awarding of medals
10.20 - 10.25 - Reading the message of Romania
10.25 - 10.35 - religious ceremony
10.35 - 12.00 - Conduct tactical moments of the year presented by the Romanian Navy Day

12.00 - 12.10 - Restore the Honor Guard and Fanfare
12.10 - 14.30 - Participation guests at cocktail offered by the Navy Chief of Staff of the CN "Mures"

Monday, August 16:

9.00 - 18.00 - Visiting Romanian Navy Museum (free entrance)
