Description:

A new resort will be built at Black Sea in area village 23 August. It will take the name of Terra.

"Area is located between Costinesti and Olimp", the Prefect Chancellor Corina Cusa told the press.

The future Terra resort, as described in the PUZ (Plan Urban Area), will stretch along the beach and cliffs of the Black Sea, built in the village, involved in this project are private investors and the Mayor of 23 August.

According to the Urban Area Plan, the land will be used exclusively for services and functions for tourism, restaurants and other facilities for catering, recreation, commercial spaces, terraces, pools, green areas, parking, building platforms and relevant municipal networks.

The new resort, type all-inclusive, will include two hotels with 13 floors, 40 villas, a helipad and land mini-golf. The project Terra will benefit from a basic treatment for rest and recovery, equipped with modern appliances.
