The snow that has deposited on the first day of autumn on September 1 at Balea Lac, in Fagaras Mountains, reaches at 10 centimeters, Thursday morning. Wednesday night also snowed in Bucegi Mountains at Omu Peak and the snow reached 5 centimeters.

According to the Regional Meteorological Centre South Transylvania Sibiu, in Fagaras Mountains, over two thousand meters altitude, the snow that laid in the first day of autumn is ten centimeters.

Precipitation in the form of sleet and snow started Wednesday and continued through the night of Wednesday to Thursday, but also on Thursday morning.

The mountain rescues recommend the tourists who want to go to the mountains this weekend to equip themselves properly.
