Until mid-November, winter holiday is sold at discounts. Operators have launched an early entry program “Holiday in Romania. 2010 - the year of special offers” for those who want to make reservations within September 7 to November 15 to stay for skiing, but also at Christmas and New Year. They will receive a discount of 20%.

Romanian hoteliers come with special offers 

Romanian hoteliers are not only willing to reduce the price  but they made promotional offers, such as "pay for five nights and stay six”.

For example, a four-star hotel in Predeal, for five nights of accommodation on New Year costs 570 euro. This price includes five nights with all inclusive and includes also an extra night, without food. In Brasov, at three stars, two persons pay 1.500 lei, accommodation with breakfast and festive meal. 

For Christmas, prices are up to 25%  lower. For example, in Olanesti at a three star hotel one must pay 400 lei per person, accommodation plus breakfast, two dinners and lunch for the  festive day.
