Description:

CLUJ WINTER RACE 2009 will be the 4th Edition of the only contest Mountainbike Cross Country in Romania and even in Eastern Europe, held in winter and is organized by Sports Club Maros.

The contest is one of OPEN, addressing the athletes both legitimate and illegitimate ones. From the very beginning the main aim was the promotion's mountainbike and Cross Country's who recently lost more ground against Marathon.

This year the competition is changing a little key and related categories, with two categories for men, and girls will compete together. Men can choose between fun and HERO class, it is legitimate to note that athletes can only enroll in the class Hero. Athletes illegitimate entitled to register in any category. The difference between the two categories will be at home and number of laps completed.

Number of laps:

• HERO - 8 laps

• Fun - 6 laps

• Girls - 4 laps

1.00 – 3.00PM marking the route, training, registration

Saturday, December 5

9.00-10.45AM contest entries and taking numbers

11.00AM Start Cluj Winter Race 4th edition - fun and Girls
