Art Museum Timisoara held between December 23, 2009 to February 28, 2010 exhibition ornament. Forms and motifs in European ceramics, XVII-XX centuries. Collection Art Museum Timisoara.

The exhibition, organized by curator Marcela Oprescu, invites you to visit a selection of works of pottery, porcelain and stoneware were produced in manufacturing famous or less known in Central Europe, France, Italy, England and Holland.

The pieces exhibited illustrates European artistic styles and trends in the XVII-XX through modeled forms, color palette and decoration, at the same time highlights the stylistic interference between production factories presented. We invite you to leave beautiful to come into our lives everyday.

More than 120 pieces will be exhibited on the second floor of the Baroque Palace in Union Square, Timisoara. The exhibition can be visited daily from 10-18, Monday closed.
