Holidays cheaper by 40% than in the case of Christmas and slopes less crowded - winter sports enthusiasts can spend an active holiday.

Tourism operators say the prices are even 5% -10% more accessible than last year. "It is the second winter stay in crisis and the hotel shave learned our lesson” says the National Association of Travel Agencies .

Currently, you can only ski on slopes in Sinaia  or slope Kalinder.

On Kalinder, the secret was that we gathered enough artificial snow  produced  with snow cannons, when temperatures were quite low.

Tourists will pay 454 lei in Sinaia, for three nights accommodation with breakfast, instead of 622 lei - the room stay for New Year.( 1 Euro approx. 4.14/4.20 lei)

Prices will drop significantly until March, after the ski season is over. Prices up to 20% lower than during the holidays are in Poiana Brasov.

And hostels have lower rates, so that you can find places to stay at 80 lei / room. Enjoy!
